What is your shipping & handling policy?

Allow up to 3-5 days for your custom order to be processed. A+ Designs has shipping prices listed below:

Standard 1-3 Day Shipping (orders $30 and over)- FREE

Standard 1-3 Day Shipping - $5.98

Express 2 Business Day Shipping-$10.95

Express 2 Business Day Shipping- $16.95

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS. The wait time for standard shipping is 3-5 days and express shipping will take 1-2 days to arrive at the desired shipping location.

At this time A+ Designs is not offering international shipping but stay tuned! We are working hard on getting custom beauty outside of the USA. We Love All of Our Supporters!

TRACKING ORDER

Once your custom order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and invoice for your order. Most of our orders will ship within 3-4 days. Please Note That All Custom Products Are Made To Order. Title for the products in your order is transferred from A+ Designs LLC to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from A+ Designs LLC to you when your order is delivered to you, This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, Return&Exchange Policy Available Below,


Where can I find product ingredients and are your products cruelty-free?

Our Products are cruelty free we never test any of our formulas on animals. A Full List of every ingredient is included in each order. Most all of our ingredients are handmade and contain natural ingredients that can be easily read and pronounced. Full Ingredient List is Available for each product under the “Additional Information” tab in the product menu, A full ingredient list for each product is included.


Return and Exchange Policy?

A+ Designs DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS! We DO OFFER EXCHANGES/ STORE CREDIT FOR ORDERS PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
